네티 팟 사용법

1. 네티 소금 1/4 작은스푼을 따뜻한 물이 담긴 네티팟에 섞어주세요.
2. 앞으로 몸을 기울여 머리를 한쪽으로 돌려주세요.
3. 네티팟의 주둥이를 코 속 상부까지 넣어 편안하게 콧속에 끼워주세요.
4. 서서히 네티팟을 위로 올려 식염수가 코 속 상부로 흘러들어가 반대쪽 코로 흘러나오게 해주세요. 입으로 숨을 쉬세요.
5. 식염수가 코 속을 통과하면, 숨을 내쉬어 비강을 세척하세요.
6. 위의 과정을 반대쪽 코에도 반복해 주세요.
